Hi! I’m Amanda.

& Occasional Side Quests.
I’ve spent the last decade helping small businesses find their voice and helping people feel comfortable and confident in front of a camera. Along the way, I’ve worn a lot of hats—marketing, recruiting, customer care, community relations, event planner, designer, photographer, and full-time cheerleader of underdogs—but everything I do comes back to the same thing: helping brands and people stand out.
Minnesota is home, but I show up wherever good work and good humans need a boost.
Professional Timeline
Think of me as “the jack of all trades, and a master of one - marketing strategy.”
-
In this early growth stage, I developed the full foundation of the business: service models, pricing frameworks, project workflows, onboarding systems, brand voice, messaging, and a scalable consulting structure that blends strategy with approachable, human-centered collaboration. I also shaped a multi-disciplinary service suite spanning CRM architecture, marketing strategy, social content, design, and virtual operations—created specifically for small teams that need clarity, not complexity. Now, I help clients make sense of their marketing—from social and SEO to design and digital strategy—by creating clear, connected approaches that are thoughtful, effective, and built to last.
-
Some roles are all about design. Others are all about strategy. This one blended both—and then some.
In this multi-hat role, I simplified complex catalog processes with Canva to boost team efficiency, led product visualization through staged renderings, and optimized product assembly instructions—saving nearly 9 hours per set. I refreshed our Shopify experience to spotlight brand advantages and drive engagement, while reimagining marketing for our annual sample sale, increasing sales by over 5%.
From launching influencer campaigns to managing multi-lingual print and web translations, I ensured consistent brand messaging across every touchpoint. By tracking customer reviews, retention, and service KPIs, I helped guide smart, data-informed decisions that boosted performance across channels. -
Every brand has a story to tell and someone to tell it - that "someone" is me. This unique role combined expertise in brand, communications, relationship management, and multi-channel marketing to help guide the design of well-rounded, consistent, and engaging campaigns that go beyond product and price. Through personable interactions, attention to analytics, and creativity of brand advantage, my team grew pre-pandemic web revenue by 64% and helped earn the company two major industry awards, two state recognitions, one People’s Choice, and one national consumer award.
-
Time goes fast when you're focused on results! In 24 months, my team and I significantly increased online web revenue by 56%, improved web accessibility by 40%+, coordinated the 2019 KFAN-Chris Hawkey Rescue, established the "Official Bus of KFAN Radio", project-managed the corporate centennial celebration, and launched two brand refreshes for parent and sister companies.
-
The sweetest fruit is the low-hanging kind! Stepping into my role as Marketing Coordinator, I quickly identified "quick wins" for the company to hyper-speed its marketing initiatives and significantly cut design and print expenses by bringing them in-house. In just seven months, I grew social web referrals by 73%, social web conversion value by 174%, and increased email subscribers by 47% from 11k+. This was achieved by aligning the brand across multi-channel marketing efforts, developing and executing a 77% increase in external communication, and strategic partnerships with vendors.
-
Design meets strategy, and vision meets execution—that’s where I operated in this role.
I created brand-aligned digital and print designs that told our story visually, managed social media with timely, engaging responses, and led blog and campaign coordination to drive digital traffic. From direct mail to co-marketing initiatives, I ensured every message echoed the company’s mission and momentum. Beyond the screen, I led domestic and international teams of 30–200 people, navigating cultural nuances and project goals with equal parts creativity and leadership.
