This work was equal parts research, strategy, creativity, and operational clarity—the kind of behind-the-scenes foundation that makes everything else possible. At ECMC Solutions, I stepped into a space full of potential and helped turn it into something structured, strategic, and ready to grow. I worked closely with the team to build a marketing foundation that didn’t just support the business—but actually moved it forward! Things like: defining a clear, three-year marketing direction grounded in real institutional needs, building the core frameworks that had been missing—from a unified digital strategy to sector-specific messaging, developing an 80/20 content model that balanced education with conversion, mapping a connected ecosystem across SEO, content, and Salesforce, creating workflows that tied marketing efforts to measurable outcomes, and translating big-picture goals into insight-driven campaigns (less “salesy,” more meaningful storytelling). Along the way, I also dug deep into the competitive landscape—analyzing key players and helping position ECMC Solutions around what truly sets them apart: human-centered, insight-backed repayment solutions.
