Jefferson Lines’ centennial year unveiled with new experiential marketing in the corporate office. The project was equal parts brand glow-up, office improvements and, and perfectly timed surprise for employees. The complete installation of the main corporate office actually had employees saying, “It feels like a real business now!” The two-month sprint consisted of carpet cleaning, office painting, new office lighting, improved wayfinding signage, employee communication boards in all communal spaces, over 100 years of company achievements on display, window and wall clings, new posters, extensive historic company research, wrapped with a late-night, all-hands-on-deck final install—so employees arrived the next morning to a fully transformed space, right as the centennial celebration kicked off.
